1. Booking & Reservation
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and confirmation from Lavender Hill Villa.
Guests must provide accurate and complete information during booking.
Lavender Hill Villa reserves the right to refuse, reject, or cancel bookings at its discretion in case of incorrect information, payment issues, or policy violations.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in and check-out timings shall be communicated during booking confirmation.
Early check-in or late check-out shall be subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Guests are required to provide valid government-issued ID proof during check-in as per applicable laws and property policies.
3. Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to:

Use villa facilities responsibly

Any damage caused to the property, furniture, appliances, décor, or amenities by guests shall be chargeable.
4. Children Policy
Children below 18 years of age must always be accompanied and supervised by their parents or legal guardians during their stay at Lavender Hill Villa, especially while using the swimming pool and other villa facilities.
Parents or guardians shall be fully responsible for the safety, behavior, and supervision of children throughout the stay.
5. Swimming Pool Rules
The swimming pool at Lavender Hill Villa measures approximately 30 ft x 15 ft with a depth of around 4.2 ft. Pool timings are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Guests are required to follow all pool safety guidelines:
Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
Food, beverages, and glassware are not permitted near the pool area.
Running, diving, rough play, or unsafe behavior around the pool is strictly discouraged.
Guests should shower before and after pool use.
Wet clothes should be changed promptly after swimming.
Guests are requested not to use indoor furniture while wet.
While the pool water is maintained using standard chlorine levels for hygiene and cleanliness, guests with sensitive skin should take necessary precautions before prolonged exposure.
Lavender Hill Villa shall not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, health-related concerns, or losses caused due to negligence, unsafe conduct, failure to follow safety instructions, or misuse of pool facilities.
6. Visitors & Unauthorized Guests
Only registered guests shall be permitted inside the villa premises unless prior approval is granted by management.
Lavender Hill Villa reserves the right to deny entry to unauthorized visitors or additional guests.
7. Noise & Conduct
Guests are requested to maintain respectful behavior and avoid excessive noise, loud music, parties, or disturbances, especially during nighttime hours.
Any illegal activities, nuisance, misconduct, or behavior causing inconvenience to neighbors or staff may result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
8. Smoking, Alcohol & Illegal Substances
Smoking inside indoor villa areas is strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted.
Consumption of alcohol should be done responsibly.
Illegal drugs, prohibited substances, weapons, or unlawful activities are strictly forbidden on the property.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and may be reported to authorities if required.
9. Third-Party Booking Platforms
Lavender Hill Villa may be listed on third-party travel websites or booking platforms.
